Surendra Hanspal is visiting a village called Bakhel 50 kms from Bhilai in Chhattisgarh where weekly haat is on and he meets Shiv Sahu who is selling sweets there. Shiv tells him that he is from Bareli in Uttar Pradesh and he has come this far because there is less competition here. He tells him that he earns around Rs 100 to 150 everyday and people in Chhattisgarh are very co-operative. He also plans to make Chhattisgarh his home.
