Sohan Diwan from block Magarlod in Dhamtari district in of Chhattisgarh is telling us that when they go to ask for work under NREGA the officials do not give them any receipt. They tell that there is no work and if they gave receipt then they will have to give unemployment compensation for which they do not have any money.
