Sarfaraz Anwar from Ramchandrapur block in Balrampur district is telling us that Govt has given Rs 50,000 to teachers in Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan for construction of toilets in schools. But in this block the teachers have repaired some old toilets and painted them new. The schools which have built new toilets have not followed the Govt specification.
