No water post rain, people migrating, where did development money go?

Raju Kumar from Chatra district in Jharkhand is telling us about his district. He says my district is extremist affected. Most of the people are farmers. It has hills and forest all around but the rain water gets finished by winter and people have to no option but to migrate. He talks to an old man who is taking cattles to graze who tells him that he has 8 sons. 4 of them have gone outside in search of work and 4 work with him in the village. He asks why Govt is not able to spend development money for these people. For more Raju Ji can be reached at 07277092371
