Dalits spend 75% income in drinking, families suffer, This needs to be stopped

My name is Ugan Bhuiyan. I live in Kendu village in Semaria block of Chatra district in Jharkhand. In my village maximum populations is of Dalits and there are few adivasi familes also. But all the men of dalit community are spending around 75% of their income in drinking. They spend very small amount on food and education of their family. Many have died because the illegal liquor is mixed with many poisonous chemicals. Govt should strictly stop this for welfare of all. For more Ugan Ji can be reached at 07250323650
