Law says we should get land deeds, So why are we not getting, asks an adivasi

My name is Balram Singh Gond. I am an adivasi. I am calling from village Rahunia, Panchayat Bilha in Majhgawan block of Satna district in Madhya Pradesh. A group of us are farming on forest land from before 2000. I was told there is a law according to which we will get land deeds. Collector came to our panchayat and he said the same and we filled up forms as requried but we have not got land deeds and forest department people often harass us and trouble us when we do farming.
