Jang Sai Koya from Parsagudi village in Rajpur block in Balrampur district of Chhattisgarh says though the Forest rights act says if an adivasi has filed an application for his or her land, that can not be touched unless the case is decided. He says though no deccision has been taken on the applications from my village forest officials have destroyed the crop of Mr Ramchandra and have taken away his cattle.
