My name is Sahdev Yadav. I am calling from village Taria in gram Panchayat Surhi in Mungeli district of Chhattisgarh.Govt has ordered that there should be compulsory gram panchayat meetings where development projects should be discussed but in our village neither there was a meeting in months and not the govt schemes has been discussed.
