Anil Gudia from Palamu district in Jharkhand says on 27th July a ration shop dealer Lalmani Singh and his sons had beaten dalit lady Saraswati Devi when they had gone to ask for due ration from 5 months. I had reported it on Swara and some other forums requesting people to call officials. Thanks to those calls two sons of the dealer has now been arrested and his license has been cancelled though he remains absconding.
