Bhikharam Boudh from Shergarh in Jodhpur district of Rajasthan is telling us that in a village nearby called Saba dalits are not allowed to have their hair cut in village barber shops. He says a dalit went for his hair cut on 19th June and was beaten by 4 men of upper caste. A FIR was filed the next day but police has not taken any action.
