Ajit Panda from Nuapada district in Odisha is talking to a villager who tells him in Odia that they were given some work by government two years ago but their payment is still due though they have completed the work. They have got first installment of the payment but not after that. They filed an aplication under Right to Information which told them that another installment has also been issued but they have not got the money. They request us to help them.
