Coal India not giving work to local youth co-operatives in Dhanbad

Mohd Ainul Ansari from Coal mines area in Dhanbad Jharkhand today is talking to Co-operative leader Mohd Gaffar Ansari who tells him that as per government and national Human rights commssion instruction they formed a co-operative 15 years ago but still Coal India is not giving work to local unemployed youth who are part of the co-operative. He describes the story of their struggle and tells all the names of the leaders they have visited but have got no help.
