Mohd Ainul Ansari from Dhanbad is telling us the story of his district which is known as the Coal capital of the country. He says people of his district had land, forest and water but they gave it in the name of development of the nation. In return they have got pollution and water crisis. To solve water crisis of 22 villages a water scheme was inaugurated by CM in 2003. More than 4 crores have been spend on the project but the villagers are still waiting for water after 8 years thought the CM had promised it will be completed in a year.
