Govt issuing subsidized food on my name from 17 years!

Gouranga Raut from Mangalpuri village in Kendrapada district in Odisha says there is a Below Poverty Line ( BPL) card in the name of my uncle Bangali Raut from last 17 years. He has just found out that administration has been issuing subsidized rice and sugar in his name for all these years. Someone has also been issued an Indira Awas house against his BPL card.
