No results in govt funded IGNOU teacher training from 2006!

Alexander Cherian from Jagdalpur in Chhattisgarh says Govt has done a deal with Indira Gandhi National Open University for training of school teachers but IGNOU has not given results from 2006. The officials do not respond to complaints from teachers who are running from pillar to post. Govt has spend lots of money for this training and they are also not bothered though they have announced 2012 as the year of improvement of quality in education.
