Women treated as untouchables after child birth, at time of menstruation...
Chakradhar Pando from Raigarh district in Chhattisgarh is telling us about some traditions from his Primitive Tribal group called Pando. He says most Pando families are still dependent on forest for their food and mostly eat roots and forest fruits. Their houses have two doors and women at the time of menstruation is treated as untouchable and use the second door. After child birth also women are treated the same way for 6 days and others from society start interacting with them after a social function. Pando@7222968155
