Hospital not releasing body of a laborer, need more money

A laborer Pitbasu Bhoi from Surguja in Chhattisgarh says a fellow laborer was sick and was admitted in a hospital in Ambikapur with his Smart card which government has issued to people living Below poverty line. He was sent to a hospital called MMI in Raipur where he died. His family members have deposited Rs 20,000 to the hospital. But the hospital says the bill is Rs 40,000 and are not releasing the deadbody. Please help. For more Pitbasu ji can be reached at 09977101350
