A P Joshi from Dabhra in Janjgir district of Chhattisgarh says on 21st April Bhan Sahu had intrviewed me about people from a nearby village not getting and unemployment allowance under NREGA. He speaks to a woman from that village who tells him that the officer visited the same day and NREGA work started in the village but they are not keen to give unemployment allowance.
