Dilip Kumar Behera is visiting Government Hospital in Bukramuda village in Paikmal block of Bargarh district of Odisha where more than 1000 people have assembled to protest about no doctor being there in the hospital. They tell him in Odia language that 70 years have passed since independence but no proper arrangement for doctors have been made in this place and they often need to travel 20 kms for any medical attention.
