Adivasis in Khammam Andhra walk 5 kms to fetch drinking water, Pls help...
Rajesh calling from Motey Scheduled Tribe colony in Burgamphad Mandal of Khammam district of Andhra Pradesh. He says they are 50 adivasi families but they have no source of drinking water. There is a sream at 2 kms but that has also dried. They need to walk 5 kms to fetch water and children are falling ill by using dirty water from the stream. You are requested to help. Request to put water on plates outside or on roof this summer for birds...

All of us very poor but only 10% have BPL cards, says adivasis in Betul MP...
Mohan Yadav is visiting village Jamli in Chicholi block of Betul district of Madhya Pradesh. The village has 50 adivasi, 3 dalit and 10 backward caste houses. Villagers tell him in Gondi language that though whole village is very poor but only 6 of them have cards for Below Poverty line. Pahadi Korwas living for 50 years but Govt says no Pahadi Korwa in Raigarh
Naresh Biswas is visiting Amanara village in Dharmajaigarh block in Raigarh district of Chhattisgarh where many Pahadi Korwa tribals have assembled. Primitive tribal Pahadi Korwas tell him that though more than 400 Pahari Korwa families in more than 20 villages are living in Raigarh district from more than 50 years but Govt says there are no Pahadi Korwas in Raigarh and they are not getting any benefits. No one wants to give daughter to our village because we dont have electricity
Ramdev from Kachala village in Bundi district of Rajasthan is telling us that there is no electricity in their village and no one wants to give their daughters to the village.
