Borewell was a boon which turned a bane!

Tapan Das is telling a story about a village called talsepani in Nuapada district of Odisha. The village is surrounded by hills from all sides and when administration put a handpump in the village in 1988 people got very happy. But slowly people started falling ill and much later they realized that it was due to excess fluoride in the handpump water.
